Job Description What you’ll do… Manage the hotel's daily cash collections, including cash received from Front Office, Food & Beverage and other operating departments. Verify, reconcile and securely deposit all cash collections in accordance with company policies and internal controls. Maintain the hotel petty cash fund, process reimbursements and ensure all petty cash transactions are properly authorised and documented.
