Job Description 1. Perform as the Proposal Manager to plan and formulate Bid Engineering Deliverables & Costing for water &; waste water projects 2. Ability to review Tender specifications, Engineering design standards, Proposal Playbook, EHS, Export Control, safety and customer contract requirements and come up with right process and product. 3.
